Fiberglass Supply

Our vacuum pumps are an economical choice for light to medium duty composite vacuum bagging applications including resin infusion. They are 2 stage rotary vane pumps that operate on 120V. They are also suitable for other vacuum bag laminating and clamping techniques such as cold molding and vacuum laminating wood veneers.  All pumps have a 1 year warranty.

Vacuum Infusion Supplies, Vacuum infusion is quickly becoming the leading way to get high quality parts with prepreg-like quality using low cost tooling. We have added some infusion specific parts for this, including flow medium and spiral wrap.  For infusion with styrenated resins we recommend using Stretchlon 800 as the bagging film.

Econoweave 44 Breather 60", is intended for low stress applications.  Econoweave 44 Breather is made of recycled non-woven polyester for ambient or oven cures. This breather is inexpensive since it is not made to "advanced composite" Q. C. Econoflow 59R Vacuum Hose for non-autoclave commercial composite applications.  Econoflow 59R Vacuum Hose is a vacuum hose designed for marine, transportation recreational and other FRP industries where cost cutting is a primary concern. Econoflow 59R Vacuum Hose can be used for low temperature oven or room temperature cure and has an interlocking steel tube to prevent collapse while remaining flexible.  The rubber jack protects the vacuum bag. Bell shaped ferrules prevent hose lacerations at the fitting ends, extending hose life.    10 foot length with 1/4" NPT male threaded end fitting.
