Surfboard Blanks

	US Blanks

US Blanks produces a strong surfboard blank that is easy to shape by hand or machine. US Blanks features a wide selection of cutting edge plugs that reduce shaping time and waste. Feedback on these surfboard blanks has been very favorable, including comments like, “It’s the best foam I have ever shaped”, and “It takes me half the time to shape compared to other blanks”. Blanks glass up light and tight. Custom glue-ups and rockers are available. Most of the under 7’ blanks now available in the new RED!

	Just Foam Surfboard Blanks

Just Foam Blanks are a consistent cell urethane blank that are an MDI-TDI blend. We have gotten excellent feedback on their foam from shapers and board owners. Because they are a consistent cell foam the shaper can take off as much foam as he wants from wherever he wants on the blank without weakening the board. Just Foam is constantly coming out with new molds so if there is something that you are looking for and don’t see here give us a call.

	Exell Foam Blanks are a bright white polyurethane foam that is suitable for use with unsaturated polyester resins and epoxy resins. Excell Foam is a uniform density foam, which alleviates concerns related to over shaping.

	Marko Foam


	Marko Foam is leading the way in epoxy blanks with a line of shape molded EPS blanks, including shortboard blanks with parabolic stringers. Only virgin eps foam is used in their blanks. The shape molded process results in a foam that has improved properties when compared to blanks cut from foam billets. We do have Marko Foam Stand Up Paddle (SUP) board blanks in.
