FILLERS & MODIFIERS

Online Shopping Cart

Resin Modifiers and Fillers are used to change the properties of resins. When added to polyester, vinyl ester or epoxy resins these materials can minimize resin drainage from vertical surfaces, increase bonding properties, reduce the cost of the resin mix, improve abrasion resistance or improve sanding properties, reduce or increase the mixed weight and lower shrinkage rates. Resin Modifiers and Fillers also effect the working and cure properties of the resin. Use individually or combine to achieve desired properties. Experiment with small proportions for your application, before proceeding on large projects.  Pigments are listed elsewhere.
